AmericaFlix Player — Account & Data Deletion
In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), AmericaFlix Player provides users with full autonomy to delete their accounts and associated personal data at any time, directly within the application or via the web request form below.
Instant In-App Deletion
If you still have the app installed on your Android device or TV, you can permanently delete your account immediately without waiting for manual verification:
- Launch the AmericaFlix Player app.
- Open the Settings tab.
- Select Subscription Plan.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm the prompt.
Web Deletion Dispatch
If you have uninstalled the application or cannot access your Android device, you can submit an official data deletion request using the dispatch terminal below.
- Submit your registered account email address.
- Our engineering queue verifies and processes your request.
- All profile records will be permanently removed within 7 business days.
When your account deletion is finalized, the following records are permanently wiped from Firebase Auth and our Firestore databases:
- check Authentication Identity: Firebase Auth UID, registered email address, hashed passwords, and session auth tokens.
- check Account Records: Your name, your Premium subscription status and the list of devices signed in to your account.
- check Device Records: Each device's model name, app version, random device ID and push notification token. Playlists, favorites and watch history are stored only on your device and are erased from it when you delete your account in the app.
Personal Data: We do not retain any personal profile data once deletion is complete.
Financial & Subscription Records: Google Play In-App purchases (monthly or yearly subscriptions) are billed directly through Google LLC. Order histories and tax receipts are archived independently by Google Payments in accordance with legal, regulatory, and tax compliance standards.
