AmericaFlix Player — Terms & Conditions

By downloading or using AmericaFlix Player, you automatically agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using the app.

Media Player Disclaimer

AmericaFlix Player is strictly a media player application. We do not provide, host, sell, distribute, or have any affiliation with any media content, live TV channels, VOD content, playlists, or streams of any kind. Users are solely and entirely responsible for sourcing, obtaining, and using any content through this application in full compliance with applicable local and international laws. AmericaFlix Player bears no responsibility for how users choose to use the application or what content they choose to access through it.

01 Proprietary Rights

1. Intellectual Property

  • translate You may not translate the app into other languages or create derivative versions without our explicit written permission.
  • verified_user The app and all associated trademarks, copyright, database rights, and intellectual property rights remain the sole property of AmericaFlix Player.

2. Changes to the App and Pricing

AmericaFlix Player is committed to providing a useful and efficient experience. We reserve the right to modify the app or introduce charges for certain services at any time and for any reason.

We will always clearly communicate what you are being charged for before any payment is required. We will never charge you without your explicit informed consent.

03 Compliance & Security

3. Your Responsibilities as a User

Device & App Security

You are responsible for keeping your device and app access secure. We do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this removes security protections and may cause the app to function improperly or not at all.

AmericaFlix Player does not supply any content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you access through the app is legally obtained and used in compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Device Battery & Upkeep

You are responsible for maintaining a charged device. AmericaFlix Player accepts no liability for service interruptions due to your device's battery life.

The app uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. These include:

05 Network Requirements

5. Internet Connectivity

Certain features of AmericaFlix Player require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). We are not responsible for the app not functioning at full capacity if you do not have access to an adequate internet connection.

If you use the app on a mobile data connection, your mobile carrier's standard data charges will apply, including potential roaming charges if you use the app outside your home region. AmericaFlix Player is not responsible for any such charges. If you are not the account holder for the device, you confirm that you have received permission from the account holder to use the app.

6. Limitation of Liability

AmericaFlix Player strives to ensure the app is accurate and up to date. However, we rely on third-party providers for certain information and functionality.

We accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss you may experience as a result of relying on any third-party functionality within the app.

07 Lifecycle

7. Updates and Termination

We may release updates to the app from time to time. If you wish to continue using the app, you agree to download and install updates when offered.

AmericaFlix Player does not guarantee that the app will always be compatible with the version of Android or iOS installed on your device.

We reserve the right to discontinue the app at any time and without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must stop using and delete the app from your device.

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
